Naturally, this means that there is approximately a 70% chance of pulling a card that is lower than the purchase price.

Once you pull a card, you have two options available: you can ship the card to your physical address or sell it back to Packz.io for 90% of its future market value (FMV). If you ship the card to your physical address, you must do so within seven days of your reveal. You will receive your rip between three and 14 working days.
If you decide against shipping your pull, then the only other option is to complete a ‘buyback’. A buyback is the term used when you sell the rip back to the platform at a fraction of the original price (determined by latest market trends and data). Per the terms and conditions, all buybacks are processed at a fixed 90% FMV.
For example, if you purchase a Sports Pro Pack for $100 and you receive a $75 graded card, then you will receive a $67.50 buyback price ($75 x 90%). If you accept that price and decide to sell the card to Packz.io, you will immediately receive the buyback reward as platform credit, which can be used to make future mystery pack purchases.
There are no scams with Packz.io, and the platform is safe to use. When I was researching my review, I was pleased to find that all trading cards are verified and graded. There are four authenticators used by the platform: Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), Sportscard Guaranty (SGC) and Certified Guaranty Company (CGC).
Besides the authentication of all graded mystery pack cards, there are also several advanced safety measures to protect all users when using the site. For the best mobile experience, ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid lag and buffering.
Another feature that docked a few points from my Packz.io USA ratings was the customer support. At the time of compiling my review, there is no instant support, so you cannot use the live chat or phone support. There is also no FAQ page, and if you do need to contact the team, the only available option is email. I tested the email support, and it took up to 48 hours to get a response. When it comes to mystery pack websites, the best sites stand out by providing a similar reveal experience to that of opening a physical pack. In that area, Packz.io has done well, and the excitement of every reveal is top-notch, especially as the animations and build-up to each rip gets you out of your seat.
However, there is also room for improvement, and two pressing issues are the limited bonuses and promotions, as well as the lack of instant customer support. Once Packz.io establishes itself in the market, I expect to see additional promotions for existing users and at least a live chat option for users.
