Packed offers Pokemon, One Piece, Basketball, and Baseball card rips ranging from $1 up to $1,000 and gives you the chance of pulling epic grails like a 2001 PSA 10 NEO Gyarados which can be over $8,700.
Iām documenting my experiences in the below Packed review after a few weeks of testing and ripping. I got off to a great start and was immediately impressed with the 18 different packs they offer, the 100% FMV buyback offers, and the smooth shipping process for slabs I wanted to keep. Before I get into the technical crap of this Packed review, I wanted to start ripping packs! At the moment, Packed offers Pokemon, One Piece, NBA, and MLB card rips.
I was mainly interested in the Pokemon packs here, but I had a good look at all the categories they have, and these include:
| Pack Type | Price Range | No. of Pack Tiers |
|---|---|---|
| Pokemon | $1 to $1,000 | 6 |
| One Piece | $25 to $250 | 4 |
| Basketball (NBA) | $25 to $250 | 4 |
| Baseball (MLB) | $25 to $250 | 4 |
Iām not gonna lie - I spent a fair chunk on their Pokemon cards as I was eyeing up the grail cards they had like the Mario Pikachu and the Magikarp Pikachu. Thereās some real bangers here and plenty of Legendary and Mythic-tier cards worth over $22,000.
Itās clear that Pokemon is their main thing and thereās definitely more variety and card availability compared to their other TCG rips. However, I felt all the packs were good quality, and had decent percentages for the different tiers.
For example, their $500 Pokemon pack has the following rarity tiers:
| Tier | Percentage Chance | Estimated Values |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 61.60-70.80% | $300-$700 |
| Uncommon | 16.30-19.50% | $700-$1,000 |
| Rare | 8.00-9.00% | $1,000-$1,500 |
| Legendary | 3.70-4.30% | $1,500-$3,000 |
| Mythic | 3.10-3.70% | $3,000-$32,000 |
From my experiences with the packs, most of the cards are good value too. Obviously, there is some crap that no one will want, but for the most part, 95% of the cards were ones Iād at least consider adding to my collection.
With each card I got, I was able to sell it back to Packed at 100% of the FMV, or get it shipped to my address. You can keep 10 cards in your vault at any time, so this meant I could do bulk shipping to spread my delivery costs. I did this and got a couple of batches of Pokemon cards shipped. There is a variable shipping cost based on the number of items and your location. Also, delivery times will vary depending on the service and where you live.
Similar to my Mnstr review, the promotions were pretty limited at Packed. This is something they need to boost as with other pack rip sites Iāve tried, I expect things like a welcome offer, rewards scheme, and referral bonus. When I made my Packed ratings, there were potentially the following bonus features:
I did see that there had previously been a welcome bonus for new customers. This was essentially like a deposit match bonus where you could get a 20% bonus of up to $40, provided that you deposited a minimum of $40. There was a special promo code for this, but when I created my Packed login, I wasnāt able to get it.
Feel free to check the banners weāve got on this page though as they will show if you can get any Packed bonus. For me, the most interesting feature was the referral scheme where you have the chance to get up to 4.5% commission on your friendās pack rips.
Itās a tiered referral scheme where your commission rates depend on your monthly pack-ripping volume. This starts at a modest 0.50% but can go as high as 4.5%. All you have to do for this is give out your Packed referral link and make sure that your friends sign up using it. The commission is then paid into your account every 90 days.
Lastly, I got involved with the Packed rewards scheme too. This works like other ones Iāve used such as the scheme I unlocked with my Openthatpack review. Itās simple - you buy and rip packs, and when you hit milestones, Packed gives you free packs. After Iād finished this guide, Iād actually unlocked a free Pokemon Bronze pack because Iād ripped $200+ worth of packs.
Not only was I impressed with the pack selection, but throughout this Packed review I had fun. They tick all the boxes for me with things like the mobile app, support, pack ripping process, and buyback offers:
With my Gemint review, I was able to test the desktop site and both mobile apps - Packed didnāt give me the same options. Right now, I was only able to find an iOS app on the App Store, and there isnāt a desktop version of the app either.
This is limiting and it potentially cuts out a massive chunk of users who donāt have an iPhone. I hope that they add an Android app or at least a Progressive Web App in the future as I only have a backup iPhone that I use.
Still, the iOS app rocks - Packed app ratings from other customers are currently at 4.5 stars and thatās from over 2.3k reviews, so itās generally well-liked. I found the layout easy to use and I like how easy it is to switch between the different pack types. I was also able to view the different card rate percentages and potential values
It gets a thumbs up from me, but they canāt hope to be a top contender without an Android app and/or progressive web app.
To research this Packed review, I spoke to the support team. The landing page is pretty useless for this, and itās only got an FAQ section and links to their socials. Instead, itās the app where youāll get the best response.
I was able to speak to support using the live chat feature. Yes, there is an AI bot first, but I donāt mind them at all, and they actually answered a few of my shipping questions. Also, I was able to request to speak to a human which I did twice. Both times, I was through to someone within 2 minutes, and they helped me with my payment/shipping questions.

I know itās only a small thing, but I want to see cool animations and packs that donāt just look like generic AI slop. In my Slabz review I loved the gamification stuff they had, and I think Packed also does an epic job with its pack design. Theyāve gone for packs that look like actual foils, and I especially love the design of the Pokemon Sapphire and Grail packs.
When you go to open one, thereās a cool little animation too and then your card is revealed. I think it just adds to the overall process and makes pack ripping a lot more fun.
Currently, any card you rip from Packed has a 100% Fair Market Value buyback offer. You canāt get any better than this. Iāve seen some sites only offering 80% to 90% FMV, so this is a big plus for my Packed ratings.
Whenever I used my Packed login, I felt safe. It just feels like a well-built app with all the right security features. Because of this, I knew Packed is legit, and I had no concerns spending money here.
The app has SSL, and itās got standard geoblocking tools to prevent people outside the US signing up. I also had to do a full KYC check with SMS verification and ID doc uploads before I could make payments and start ripping packs. Lastly, thereās full transparency for the packs and all the other app processes.
For deposits and withdrawals, I stuck with my trusty Visa debit card. Theyāve also got Apple Pay and bank transfer for a little more flexibility. I had no issues with payments, and my deposits were always credited instantly. There is a minimum of $10 for payments, but Iām fine with that, and you can only withdraw $5,000 max each time.

I had fun making my Packed review - I only wish they had a desktop site and Android app. Iām not an iPhone user, and I donāt want to have to use a spare phone simply to rip packs. So, I canāt fully commit until they sort out their accessibility. Thatās me though, and despite this, I still recommend Packed.
Itās got everything you need to expand your card collections and have fun in the process. The packs are fairly priced, theyāve got good percentage pull rates, and thereās some amazing cards to be ripped. So, if you want to get in on the action yourself and get ripping, just click the banners Iāve put on this page and get signed up now!
As far as I can see, itās available in 51 US States. You can double-check though by clicking the banners on this page. You should be able to see and access them if Packed is available in your region.
Over 18. This should be the minimum age requirement for all card rips sites in the US.
No. When I made my Packed review, they only had Basketball and Baseball sports trading cards. Perhaps they will add NFL football card rips in the future.
