MySweepz Review & Ratings 2026 - Is it legit and safe to play?

Player safety and security: Is MySweepz legit?

Yes, this brand was created by a reputable company called AU.RUM Tech Lab Ltd., which operates out of Cyprus. This is an experienced company that operates at least two other sweepstakes casinos. The company posts clear and detailed terms, conditions, and policies that are in compliance with the law.

You’ll also find responsible gaming resources and tools, which shows you that the company cares about its players. The entire sweepstakes casino is built on a secure platform that’s designed to keep your data safe. This is similar to what other reputable brands do, which you may have read about in the KingWins review.

So yes, I found MySweepz to be legit and secure, which made me feel good about signing up.

Is there a MySweepz sign up bonus?

Yes, this brand welcomes new players with a multipart bonus that you receive as you create and verify your account. Specifically:

• 125,000 Gold Coins (GC) for creating your account.
• 10,000 GC and 1 Sweeps Coin (SC) for verifying your email address.
• 50,000 GC and 1 SC for completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification check.

The grand total for the welcome bonus is 185,000 GC and 2 SC, which is similar (if not better) than what you’ll find at other sweepstakes casinos. For example, if you’ve read the LuckyZino review, then you know their welcome bonus provides 2 SC, which is great, but they only offer 12,000 GC.

Is there a first purchase bonus available?

Yes. As soon as you join the site, this brand will show you popup windows featuring special offers for buying Gold Coins. Note that making a GC purchase is always optional, but I make these purchases because Sweeps Coins usually come as a free bonus. This brand provides bonuses over your first five GC purchases, which range from 45% to 100% bonuses. This is a great deal, as most brands only offer a welcome bonus for your first purchase of Gold Coins.

You get your choice of GC packages. The first offer is a 100% bonus, and you can choose from GC bundles that range from $19.99 to $49.99. Choosing the $49.99 GC bundle maximizes your offer, as you get 1 million GC, 100 free SC, and 60 FP for that price. Each purchase unlocks access to the next offer.

Are there bonuses for existing players?

Yes, existing players can also collect MySweepz bonus offers and rewards. These bonuses include ongoing (optional) GC purchase promos, a PlayBack reward where you get some of your virtual currency back, a progressive daily login in, referral rewards, and mail-in requests for SC. There are plenty of opportunities to collect these bonuses, and you’ll learn all about them inside my full bonus review.

Review of the MySweepz loyalty rewards program

This brand offers a ten-tier program with multiple levels within each tier. Your progression is based on collecting VIP points, which are awarded as you play the casino-style games. The site isn’t clear about exactly how many GC or SC you need to play to collect 1 VIP point. However, it is clear that playing your Sweeps Coins will help you collect points faster than playing with your Gold Coins.

As you progress through the tiers, you’ll collect:

• Tier-up rewards.
• Level-up bonuses.
• Daily 5% PlayBack percentage.
• Birthday gift.
• Exclusive promotions.

Note that at the eighth tier (Morganite), you’ll attain VIP status and get your own VIP host.

Overall, it looks doable for even casual players to clear the first several levels, if not the first few tiers. It’s well worth pursuing the bottom levels just for the level-up rewards. For example, you only need 20 VIP points to collect a level-up reward of 25,000 GC and 0.25 SC. These rewards keep getting bigger as you level up!

Review of MySweepz’s website and gaming experience

This brand features a dark background with green and gold highlights, which should feel familiar to you if you’ve played at other sweepstakes casinos (see the UpUp Casino review for an example). The layout is familiar as well. Most links fall on the left side of your screen, including rewards, promotions, support, gaming, and your account. Your virtual currency balance is at the top of the screen alongside a link to the GC store. You can find everything you need with just a tap or two at most from the main page.

The casino-style games fill the center of your screen. You can find slots by different categories (such as “hold and win”), by provider, or you can search for specific games. The games load quickly and smoothly, and gameplay is smooth as well. My only complaint is that a few miscellaneous non-slot games, such as “Mines” and “Plinko” are hidden in the catalog, rather than appearing in their own category.

Is there a MySweepz app?

No, an app isn’t available. That shouldn’t be a problem, as the site loaded fast and performed well on both my laptop and phone. I expect you’ll have a similarly good experience.

What types of casino-style games are available?

If you like casino-style slots, then you’re going to love this site. The brand offers a rapidly growing game catalog, where I counted just over 1270 titles, with the vast majority being slots. These games are created by top gaming studios such as Jili Gaming, NetGame, BGaming, Iconic21, Booming Games, and more.

There are some notable absences. I didn’t see Hacksaw Gaming, which is one of my favorites, as well as other providers such as NetEnt, Playson, Relax Gaming, and a few others. That’s a little surprising considering the size of the gaming catalog. Another notable absence is the lack of exclusive or original games.

What types of casino-style slots are available?

The answer here is every type imaginable. For game mechanics, you’ll find hold and win, megaways, cascading reels, and more. You’ll also find a nice selection of themes, spanning everything from sugar/candy to holidays to horror (and everything in between). I found quite a few of my favorite games, including:

• Booming Games: Tasty Bonanza 10,000, Fish Tales Colossal Catch, and Lucky Charms Trio.
• Iconic21: Huff House Bonanza, Las Piggas, and Vikings Wild Feast.
• BGaming: Treasure Explorer, Mystery Heist, Blazing Fire Pots

… And many more, as the above list is just a tiny sample of what all is available!

Are there table games available?

There isn’t a table games category nor a live dealer section. However, I did uncover one blackjack game from B Gaming, but I had to use the search feature. Otherwise, I didn’t find any poker, roulette, baccarat, or craps games.

Are there any other casino-style games?

Here again, I uncovered one Plinko game (by Iconic21), one Mines game, and three chicken games through a search. Beyond that, it’s hard to tell what else might be hidden. If you have a favorite game, you’ll need to use the search function since the miscellaneous games don’t have their own gaming category.

GC purchase and SC redemptions: What are your options?

If you decide to make an optional Gold Coin purchase, or you want to redeem Sweeps Coins, you’ll want to check out the following options:

GC purchase options

These optional Gold Coin packages start at just $6.99, although you may see offers for even smaller packages. Your only payment options include Visa and Mastercard. I’d prefer to see a couple more options available, such as e-wallets such as Google Pay. There are no fees, and transactions process instantly.

SC redemptions

The playthrough rate is 1x in most cases, and the minimum redemption threshold is 25 SC, which are good policies. However, you’re capped at redeeming no more than 25 SC to 50 SC total, depending on how you acquired the Sweeps Coins. It appears that you’ll need to make an optional Gold Coin purchase to lift these caps.

As I write this, the brand is still rolling out their redemption policies. Support told me that you need 25 redeemable SC to get PrizeOut gift cards, or a minimum of 100 redeemable SC to get a cash prize via ACH or push-to-card. Based on what similar sites offer, it’s likely that gift cards will provide the fastest redemption speed, followed by push-to-card, with bank transfers taking the longest. There are no fees associated with redemptions.

MySweepz review: Is customer support available?

Yes, you can get help if you need it, and you can get it fast from a human agent. Your options include contacting the brand via email or through their live support feature. I used the live-chat option, where an AI bot greeted me and then immediately turned me over to a human. The rep came on within one minute, and promptly answered all my questions.

Even though live support was great, I would like to see a help center offered with FAQs. There is some information scattered throughout the site, but nothing is organized or searchable in one place. My MySweepz rating is 4 out of 5 stars for support, and I’ll kick it up to 5 if they provide self-help documentation.

Wrapping up the MySweepz review: Final verdict?

My final verdict is that this brand is shaping up to be a great place to play casino-style games, either for fun or for a chance to collect redeemable Sweeps Coins. You’re welcomed with a large bonus, with multiple other opportunities to collect bonuses and rewards available. The catalog is large and features at least 1200+ slot games. I’d like to see table games and even a live dealer section offered, but as it stands it’s a slot lover’s dream.

The redemption policy could use some tweaks to bring it in line with what other sweeps casinos offer (see the Rainbet.us review as an example). But overall, this new site has a solid start!
