Even in the Early Access phase, it is clear that the MyPrize website will be high-performing and have a very modern feel. As soon as I accessed the site, I was impressed by the graphics showing a neon lit underground casino. The bold white and blue fonts really stand out against the black background. Here you will find useful articles relating to aspects of the Early Access program, plus more information on what to expect when MyPrize goes live. There is even a search box where you can type in your query and see a range of potential answers.
Contacting MyPrize can be done via a request form. This can be accessed via the ‘Contact Us’ button at the top right of the page. Just complete the form with a couple of personal details and your query. Of course, once MyPrize goes live, there are likely to be additional contact options provided, such as live chat and email support.
