Imagine if you were given the opportunity to pull one prize at random out of a box brimming with prizes. Good news: you don’t have to imagine it, because that’s exactly what you get when you open MrLoot mystery boxes!
If that piques your interest, then you’re going to want to read my review of this platform. I dug into every aspect of it to learn about the welcome bonus, the rewards program, the types of boxes you can open, the chances of winning big prizes, what the customer service experience is like, and more. Here’s what I discovered…

This is an online mystery boxes platform, which MrLoot refers to as WinBoxes, and other sites sometimes call packs or cases. Users can purchase a box and open it to win a prize. Every box is a winner, meaning each box has a prize. However, many of the prizes are worth less than the cost to open the box, while there are a few prizes that are worth significantly more. The site is transparent, as it shows you what prizes you can win in a specific box, along with a percentage indicating the chance of you winning the prize.
For example, perhaps you purchase a MrLoot mystery box for $4. You might have a 50% chance of winning a prize worth $0.25, a 1% chance of winning a prize worth $15, and 0.02% chance of winning a prize worth $600. In total, a box at this price might have two or three dozen prizes ranging in value from pennies to hundreds of dollars, with the probability that you’ll win a specific prize decreasing as the value of the prize goes up.
Each box has a theme, such as tech, gadgets, gaming, streetwear, collectibles and more. This variety is different from specialized sites that offer one type of item. For example, you can read about a specialized site offering collectible cards in the ClutchPacks review.
Prices for MrLoot boxes range from budget boxes that are priced as low as $0.35, all the way up to premium boxes that cost $500 to $2000 to open. The entire platform runs on a provably fair system, so you can rest assured that every open and spin is truly random.
This platform offers new users a bonus just for registering on the site, which doesn’t require a MrLoot promo code. Here you will get three cases (boxes) for free. These tend to be lower-value boxes, but it gives you a way to get a feel for how the site works before you risk any of your own money.
MrLoot provides a bonus on your first purchase as well, with the bonus usually ranging from 5% to 10%, and you can get three free WinBoxes with purchases of $50 or more.
The no-purchase bonus is on-par with what some other similar platforms offer, which you can read about in the HypeDrop review. While I appreciated the bonuses, especially the free boxes, I prefer to see a larger purchase bonus. Some sites offer 20% to 100% or so on the first purchase, so a 5%-10% bonus is definitely small in comparison.
Of course, as is the case with these types of sites, you’ll get other opportunities to collect bonuses. And that brings me to the next component of my MrLoot review…
This platform’s rewards program progression is based on how many site credits you use. Note that it’s not based on your purchase amount, but rather the amount you’re using. For example, if you win prizes and sell them back for site credit, and then use those credits to open additional boxes, that’s going to count towards your progression in the rewards program. And of course if you do purchase site credits and use them, that’s going to help you progress as well.
As soon as you join and start unboxing, you’re automatically at the Novice level, but you’ll need to reach the Bronze level to start unlocking the better rewards. Here’s what’s needed to progress to higher tiers:
| Rewards level | Site credits usage requirement |
| Novice | $0 |
| Bronze | $1000 |
| Silver | $10,000 |
| Gold | $50,000 |
| Platinum | $150,000 |
| Diamond | $500,000 |
| Master | $1,000,000 |
| Mythic | $2,500,000 |
| Ancient | $5,000,000 |
| Chroma | $10,000,000 |
As you can see by looking at the table, getting to the Bronze level is achievable for many people, though most people will need to purchase site credits in order to turn over that amount of credits. From there, however, it gets increasingly difficult to jump to each new level. If those upper tiers are achievable for you using your normal activities, then go for it. The key takeaway is that you shouldn’t purchase more credits than you’re comfortable with just to help you get to the next level.
As you climb through these levels, you’ll get the following:
You’ll need to reach the Bronze level to unlock some of these rewards, and reaching the Gold level unlocks all these rewards. As you keep progressing, the rewards get better. E.G., you’ll get bigger weekly boosts, bigger monthly bonuses, bigger level-up bonuses, and so on.
Another perk on the site is that you get raffle entries after you’ve used a specific amount of credits. For example, you can enter the weekly draw on Sundays if you use at least $200 worth of site credits.
Overall, I like that the site is very transparent about what you need to do, and I like the variety of rewards, which are better than many similar sites. However, I do wish the Bronze level took a little less effort to reach.
The overall design of this site is a dark blue background, with brightly colored, fun graphics and animations that really pop off the page. If you’ve checked out the Box Madness review, then you know that not all sites use these dark backgrounds, even if they’re fairly common. The graphics on this page remind me of video games, and the overall branding and vibe feels fun. I knew I was in for a good time the moment I landed on the site.
Practically speaking, the site is laid out in a way that’s similar to other mystery box sites, so it feels familiar. And like other brands, this one is a highly optimized, “mobile first” website that provides a great experience both on my Android phone and my laptop. There is no dedicated app available, although users can choose to download the Progressive Web App with the “Add to Homescreen” or “Install” option from the upper right hand of your device. I didn’t feel the need to do this, as the unboxings and battles ran smoothly on my device.
Let’s take a look at some of the features that make this site stand out:
One thing that popped out about the unboxing experience is that it seemed a little more polished than similar brands. The reason is because the graphics depict a box being opened, and then your prizes roll by, slow down, and the pointer stops to show you what you’ve won. If you’re impatient and just want to see what you’ve won, you can select “Quick” or even “Turbo” to speed up the process. You can also set the system to open boxes automatically without you having to push any buttons. Lastly, each WinBox has a “demo” mode if you want to get a feel for an unboxing without risking any money.
The battling experience is similar to the unboxing, except of course another user is involved. One feature here is that you can review other people’s battles to see how they played out, and you can recreate them too. It didn’t seem like there were as many battles occurring as on similar sites, so it may be harder to find a partner to battle against at times.
This site gives you a unique referral link that you can use to refer your friends. Once your referral makes a qualifying purchase over $25, you’ll get to collect a 5% bonus. I like this bonus as it requires very little effort to acquire, as long as you’re referring friends who plan to purchase site credits.
This platform offers a nice assortment of payment options for purchasing site credits, including:
The fiat currency options fill up your credit balance instantly, whereas crypto can take a few minutes or potentially a few hours depending on network congestion. Generally, Litecoin will be your quickest option. Take note that the platform also runs promos for payment options at times. I’ve seen promos such as 10% bonus on crypto purchases, three free WinBoxes with $50 purchases, and five free WinBoxes with $100 purchases. If these promos are available, you’ll see them when you select your purchase option.
For prize redemptions, physical goods need to be processed and shipped, which can take from two weeks to two months, depending on where you live and if the item needs to clear customs. Digital or virtual prize redemptions, such as gift cards, usually clear in minutes to hours. In some cases, you can sell your items for cryptocurrency. Another option that’s always available is to sell back your prizes for site credits so you can open more boxes, and this event happens instantly when you click the sell button.
My opinion here is that processing and shipping times for physical products is similar to other sites. However, digital items and crypto process much faster than other platforms, which is great.

This platform has a smaller amount of help documentation available as compared to other sites, and I found that the FAQs aren’t particularly detailed either. However, I have no issue with that, since their customer support staff is easily accessible.
I was able to get a human on the Live Chat in less than five minutes, and about two minutes after that I had my question answered. Best of all, I didn’t have to jump through any hoops or go around and around with an AI agent first. Instead, you get connected directly and helped promptly, so that experience gets two thumbs up from me.

This platform is run by a company called Millerdale & Kingston Ventures, LTD, which is located in Cyprus. There’s plenty of information about this company online, so I was satisfied with its transparency. My additional research showed that this company is compliant with the laws, as evidenced by its detailed AML (anti money laundering) policies and identity verification protocol, the terms and conditions, and other policies and terms.
In addition to MrLoot being legit, I also found that it’s secure. It carries a valid security certificate, and all data is encrypted. It runs payments through reputable and secure third-party platforms as well, so I was completely comfortable registering on the site and purchasing site credits.
I’ve used several similar platforms in the past, and I’d say this site has one of my favorite aesthetics, thanks to its overall fun feel. The site has anywhere from about 100-150 boxes, which is about average for mystery box sites. I didn’t like the box prizes as much as on some other sites, but that’s purely a subjective opinion – I think unboxers and tech folks will love the themes and prizes.
I did appreciate the welcome bonus, the transparent rewards program, and the variety of payment options, some of which came with bonuses. I didn’t win much, but I had fun the entire time. When you’re ready to join the site, just tap the MrLoot banner on this page to get started.
Yes, you can pick up freebies by joining the brand’s WhatsApp channel.
You don’t need to complete the verification process to open boxes, but you will need to complete it before you can redeem any prizes.
You’ll need to pay for shipping, any applicable customs taxes, as well as any prize taxes that your government may require.
