MonkeyTilt is a new casino so this is a first look review. I’ll be explaining how MonkeyTilt works and checking out what looks to be an attractive bonus, then I’ll finish by adding my MonkeyTilt ratings.
I can confirm there’s no MonkeyTilt scam here, and if you’re looking for a great start then a 150% deposit match up to $500 will definitely help. It’s easy to navigate and there is a VIP program too. While it’s still a bit of a work in progress, I think MonkeyTilt players have a lot to look forward to.
Welcome bonuses are a key part of the online casino world - it gets you off to a good start, and casinos use them to attract new players. As MonkeyTilt is a new casino, it needed a really eye-catching offer and a 150% deposit match with some bonus spins thrown in certainly ticks that box. It’s available after you complete the MonkeyTilt Register process and make your first deposit. I’ve covered this in more detail in my dedicated bonus review, so I’ll just give you a quick overview here.
A minimum deposit of $20 qualifies you for the bonus, and no bonus code is required to trigger the offer. Your initial deposit is matched by 150% up to a maximum of $500, which will keep most players happy, although the high rollers out there might grumble that it’s not larger. There’s also 25 bonus spins on a nominated slot. By anybody’s standards, it’s easy to claim, and I can’t see anyone having too many problems getting hold of this MonkeyTilt sign up bonus.
There’s always wagering requirements and these are pretty straightforward too. It’s a 35x playthrough in 14 days. You’ll also need to read the T&Cs to check which games are excluded from the playthrough, and which only contribute a small percentage. The T&Cs will also tell you which slots are available for the bonus spins, and that a 6x playthrough is required for any bonus spin winnings.
This is a great bonus that is a big contributor to my MonkeyTilt ratings. It’s straightforward to claim, works for plenty of budget sizes, and has sensible wagering requirements. Overall, it’s a very good starting point for most new players.
Bonuses are all well and good, but you also need to find your way round, so my next task was to test run the site. Of course that really started with the MonkeyTilt Register process, which I found to be simple and should not be intimidating to even the newest players.
Before I talk about the usability in any detail, I need to mention the site was still being put together when I checked it out, with some areas like Poker still labeled as ‘coming soon’. However, I did see enough in the casino section to know that players coming to the finished version will have nothing to worry about.
The lobby divides the games by type, with options at the top to filter them further. This ease of use is carried through to your account which is accessed from the top menu, along with the other major options. There’s plenty more information in the footer too, with help bottom right if you need it. As I’ve seen at a lot of casinos, everything was where I expected it to be, but new players should be able to find their way around just as easily.
With most people using their phones more than anything else, an app is likely something you’d look out for. When I didn’t find one I checked with customer support and found none were available at present, but I could still access MonkeyTilt using the browser on my phone.
This didn’t put a dent in my MonkeyTilt ratings as I found the experience was just as good as on my laptop with no loss of functionality. I quite liked the fact I had nothing to download or update to be honest, but we’ll have to see what happens when MonkeyTilt reviews Global use of the site and decides whether or not to develop an app in the future.
As MonkeyTilt is intended to become a global site, the payment methods will vary depending where in the world you are, for fiat currency deposits at least. There are card and bank options, as well as eWallets like Skrill and Neteller, but you’ll have to check when you hit the deposit button yourself.
There are also Crypto options, but as a site that is still working on a few finishing touches, this list is expanding all the time too. Minimum deposits (when you’re not claiming the bonus) stand at $5 or equivalent, and the minimum withdrawal is $10. Both should be processed in 24 hrs, provided your account is verified. Overall, this works well as there are plenty of bases covered and should allow the maximum amount of accessibility for those who can legally play here.
As a new site, I was expecting a few teething troubles, and if I had to be critical I would say the Help Center is a bit sparse. However I was really impressed by the live chat. It said that I’d get answers in less than a minute and they weren’t wrong. I asked about the apps and payment methods and hats off to Toni for fast, useful answers. I could have also opted for email if I’d wanted, but what I saw with live chat was good enough for me and when others try it I can see this being a big contributor to MonkeyTilt ratings Globally.
I answered this briefly right at the start of this review, because as a new site this is going to be the big question. To go into a bit more detail - the question of whether MonkeyTilt is legit in Global terms is easily answered with a yes, as it has Curacao license. This means it is international, but not legal everywhere, with the UK and US example of big name exclusions due to their own licensing laws. If you are located somewhere MonkeyTilt is accessible though, you’ll have no security worries as there are measures like SSL encryption in place, and MonkeyTilt reviews security arrangements regularly to make sure your account stays safe.
This is, unfortunately, going to be the shortest section in my MonkeyTilt reviews, for the moment anyway. There is a VIP program, with rewards like bespoke bonuses and a VIP host, although exact details seem thin on the ground.
If you’re looking for other, ongoing promotions, these are still a work in progress too, with personal races available, but with huge wagering requirements to claim any rewards. I expect more details to be added as various areas of the site are completed.
MonkeyTilt have got together with 18 providers to create an impressive games roster for a new casino. You’ve got big names like Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming heading up the list and giving you the best of both worlds with a decent range of titles that include quality favorites like Sweet Bonanza and Wanted Dead or a Wild.
Another worry with new sites is that they might not have the tech side in order, but the games I tested didn’t glitch or have problems loading at all, so it’s just a case of click and start playing.
So that’s the slots box ticked, and if you’re a lover of roulette, blackjack or any other classic table games you’ll be well looked after as well, with a few variations of each. I expect this to grow, along with the number of options for baccarat and other casino favorites. The standout for me was the original games, with Crash, Dice, Plinko and keno filling the need for fast, high RTP% games that is evident at other casinos.
If you find the choice of regular casino games a little small, you’ll want to check out the live options as here you’re spoiled for choice. You’ve got all the mainstays in various forms and gameshows too. There were far too many to try them all, but the Mega baccarat and Lucky 6 Roulette load and play without any problems.
There are a lot of games here and they have different limits, most of which you can see by hovering over the game tile, so you’re left in no doubt before you get started. I would normally check to see if players have been limited for winning too - which is useful to know - but as there are very few MonkeyTilt global reviews, it’s impossible to say so far.
Even though this is already a great casino, I suspect it will get even better in the near future as MonkeyTilt secure more titles from more providers. That doesn’t mean you should wait though, as both new and experienced players can walk in today and are likely to be more than happy with what they find. For that reason I personally recommend MonkeyTilt and suggest you take a look for yourself.
You’re sure to wonder if a new casino like MonkeyTilt is safe, secure and licensed. The answer to all these questions is yes, and during my recent review, I found nothing that made me concerned that players would be anything but safe.
MonkeyTilt currently has an active deposit match for a casino bonus, with the offers for sports and poker still in development. The casino offer is easy to claim and does not requires a bonus code to get started.
While completing my review and MonkeyTilt ratings I found a VIP program, which looks to have some bespoke bonuses and dedicated hosts. This is still in development though, so check out my review page often for more updates.
New sites are always, by definition, a bit of an unknown - but from the moment I saw the MonkeyTilt Login screen I knew this was going to be a positive experience. Thought has gone into the design, the bonus and the payment methods, all topped off with some fast and helpful customer support.
The caveat here though, is that it’s still a work in progress, especially when it comes to additional promotions - but what I’ve seen so far passes with flying colors and is well worth investigating further.
