CoinsBucks is a sweepstakes casino, so it works quite differently from regular online casinos. Instead of playing with real cash, you will use virtual currencies such as Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Not sure how these in-game currencies work? Let me break it down for you:
Speaking of prize redemptions, it’s important to note here that there are SC redemption fees attached. While you can lower the fees over time, as you become a loyal and frequent player, you can’t avoid them completely. To be honest, offering loyal players a discount on fees doesn’t sit right with me. There’s a 3% fee and an additional $0.50 charge on top, just for good measure.
After creating an account, new players are eligible for a CoinsBucks signup bonus. This bonus releases 8,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins straight to your balance, without the need for finding a CoinsBucks promo code. While it’s not the biggest bonus that I have ever seen, it provides a decent start to your gaming adventure.
Don’t forget that there’s an optional first-purchase bonus too. New players can buy a package of 100,000 Gold Coins for $9.99 and receive 14.99 free Sweeps Coins. Remember, this is an optional bonus that is reserved for those who are happy to spend a few dollars on extra GCs - you can wait for another free refill if you prefer.
The gaming library features 600+ casino-style games, made up of slots, bingo rooms, mini games, and live dealers. These games have been developed by some solid software providers, but I also spotted some unknown studios in the mix.
I found 20+ software providers in my CoinsBucks reviews, including some industry giants like Mascot Gaming, and ICONIC21. However, I also came across some names that I haven’t seen before, such as S777. After searching for this provider online, I couldn’t come up with anything legitimate.
It’s not all lost at CoinsBucks, as I explored some high-quality slots. There was a few big names I noticed included in the 1000+ available slots. You can navigate through the slots collection by utilizing a few categories: Featured, Megaways, Cascading, and High Multiplier.
If you enjoy immersive live casino games, CoinsBucks has a decent variety to pick from. For example, I found a range of Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and different variations. You can even play the likes of Virtual Top Card. However, I was impressed to find that the min/max limits are incorrect. For example, I found a minimum GC play amount of 200 GC for Roulette Lite. However, the actual minimum GC play is 2,000 GC.
If you want something a little different, the mini games section is quite impressive. I came across some of my favorite games, including Mines, Wheel, Keno, Crash Meteor, and Plinko. Despite a solid selection of games, I wouldn’t play here. Once you get past the superb game titles, that’s where it ends, and all goes downhill. I came across high minimum play amounts of around 100 GC.
CoinsBucks didn’t get off to a good start at all, so I was keen to view some of the existing player promotions to see if the brand can get something right. Admittedly, there are some great offers in the mix, but once again, a few red flags cropped up.
Returning players can collect a progressive daily login bonus, which begins with 20,000 Gold Coins at day 7. As you work through the week, if you keep logging in every 24 hours, your daily bonus will increase to 100,000 Gold Coins and 0.3 Sweeps Coins. After day 7, it resets, and you can start all over again.
As I explored the promotions further, I found that this is where it ends. I couldn’t locate an AMOE, which is against the law. Under US sweepstakes laws, sweepstakes casinos must offer an AMOE (mail-in bonus). But with the brand wanting to hide and keep its ownership a secret, it’s no wonder that there isn’t an HQ address available for this type of bonus.
When it comes to playing free-to-play games, the navigation and website need to be spot-on. After all, if the site isn’t easy to use, players won’t return. On the face of it, CoinsBucks appears to have a simplistic design, which I initially approved of. However, as I ventured more into the site, I felt underwhelmed with the basic sidebar menu and other features.
For instance, the CoinsBucks casino lobby doesn’t have much information, and what it does offer is incorrect anyway. You won’t find any game specifications, such as paytables, software provider, and volatility. Additionally, I couldn’t locate the RTPs of any games, anywhere.
I was surprised to find such a good selection of payment methods at CoinsBucks. Reliable payment methods include the likes of Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay, for example. However, after discovering the list of payment methods, my joy was short-lived.
As I worked my way through the available Gold Coin packages, I found out that the brand hides all the cheaper options in the middle of the more expensive bundles. Instead of advertising the lower packages, for casual players and those who prefer to spend smaller amounts, you are almost tricked into thinking that there are larger bundles available.
After getting through the packages, I found that they start from $4.99, which is pretty decent. Just make sure that you are prepared to work for it.
You won’t find many customer support options at CoinsBucks, but there is a live chat service available. As everyone is required to access live chat for any support they require, you can expect long waiting times, depending on whether the team is busy. To give you an idea of the average waiting time, I had to wait for around 15 minutes before getting a response, which is quite long for a live chat. Let’s face it, live chats are generally designed for quick responses.
If my CoinsBucks ratings for USA players were going to improve somewhat, I would need to see some additional support channels. At minimum, I would like CoinsBucks to introduce email support and an FAQ section. Bonus points if they add a telephone hotline.

The most I know about the origin of CoinsBucks is that it launched in 2024. Beyond that, there aren’t many details available to the public. No one knows who owns and operates CoinsBucks, which is a huge red flag. Any sweepstakes casino that hides and isn’t transparent about who’s behind the brand isn’t to be trusted, in my opinion. So, while I don’t necessarily think CoinsBucks is a scam, it certainly isn’t reliable.
Beyond that, the T&Cs didn’t get any better. CoinsBucks consistently refers to itself as ‘Dollar Mills’, which is another sweepstakes casino altogether. Whether or not they copied and pasted the T&Cs from the Dollar Mills site isn’t clear, but either way, it isn’t a good look. A sweepstakes casino that can’t write its own T&Cs or policies isn’t a trusted brand.
Furthermore, I couldn’t find a responsible gaming page either. I expect to find a range of responsible gaming tools at a minimum, but these weren’t available. You also can’t expect to find any resources if you need support, as there aren’t any. It’s clear to see that CoinsBucks doesn’t prioritise player safety in this regard, which is a real shame.
Hopefully, my review of CoinsBucks has given you food for thought. I can’t recommend CoinsBucks to our readers, especially after finding so many red flags. There’s a distinct lack of transparency, added fees on SC redemptions, and a list of gaming studios that I haven’t heard of with no track record - not a good look!
