I signed up to investigate further. And my CasiYou review brings you an exclusive welcome offer, along with an assessment of their main features and whyI think they’ve nailed it when it comes to mobile gaming.

Following that, you can claim up to $5,500 in deposit bonuses, spread over your first three deposits, and you’ll receive another 150 free spins too. Some casinos are confusing and make important information difficult to access. Imagine the complete opposite for CasiYou because that was my experience of the site. It was refreshing to be able to get a sense of how it all worked - and to do so before signing up, too. They’ve obviously put a lot of work into the design aspect, not just how the site looks but how simple it is to move around and find vital information.
When it comes to the games lobby, I liked having a New Games category, especially once I’d played there for a while. It meant I could easily find the latest games to land on the site. The Top 30 proved a good area to explore as well, as it brought up the most popular games of the moment. While you may think design is the least interesting part of a casino, you’ll realise there are ways a good design can help you get the most out of sites like CasiYou. It was certainly appealing to be able to explore before signing up - and doing so certainly wasn’t a letdown in any way at all.
It can get tiresome when you constantly need to update apps on your phone. Fortunately, that won’t be an issue if you want to play the games at CasiYou on your phone. I know this because CasiYou has supplied mobile info on its website, so I didn’t need to do any searching to find out whether they have an app or not.
The mobile tab in their menu reveals all, along with details specifically for Android and iPhone users, but having checked both of those, I can confirm there are no apps to download. They’ve made sure their website works equally well on mobile browsers as it does with regular ones.
Having visited the site via my iPhone, I can confirm it works perfectly on smaller screens. I also managed to borrow an Android device and was satisfied with that too. I feel this is another example of why there are good CasiYou ratings in Canada. They know what players are looking for and they provide it.
CasiYou has a very secure website, as you’d expect, and they provide a compact list of familiar payment methods to use if you decide to play there. I’d suggest changing the dropdown menu option at the top of the payments page to show only Canadian payment options, as these differ from viewing all methods, which is the default when you arrive. The Canadian view reveals six payment types which include card options (debit only), online banking, and Canada-friendly ewallet.
The page also confirms that regardless of the method you choose, you’ll never be charged any fees by CasiYou. All but one method is fine for withdrawals as well - the outlier being the Mastercard debit card - and most methods are either instant or will take just a day or two to complete. Do check though - there are variations here. I wasn’t surprised to find the bank transfer the slowest of those methods, taking up to five business days to process a withdrawal.

Some miss this topic altogether, yet I feel it’s one of the most important of the lot. You need to be sure you have someone to ask if any questions arise. Fortunately, it proved easy to confirm the range of useful features on the site before I even joined. There’s a good array of FAQs in the relevant section, accessed via the More area of the menu (look right at the bottom of the list of options to find it). Five of the most commonly asked questions appear at the top of the page, but there are other sections you can look at as well. Each of those expands to give you plenty of insight into each topic.
Is that all? No, far from it - they provide a live chat as well, although it is restricted to signed up members. If you look at the menu again, you might spot some speech bubbles that represent the contact page. Once on that page, I was able to confirm the site provides 24/7 assistance. There is an email area to visit, which provides links to your own email client. These links mean you can either contact customer support or the accounts department, depending on what you need.
If you opt for the live chat facility, you’ll need to give them your name and the username you have on the site as well. They also request your email address, hence why you can’t be a non-member to use it.
As always, the licence info is provided at the bottom of every page. It confirms they have a licence from the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. This makes sense since the company providing the site (Prumarco Holdings Ltd) is registered in the Isle of Man.
I usually spot either a loyalty program or a VIP club when reviewing an online casino. It doesn’t often happen that I spot both. How does CasiYou work in this respect? Well, if you make a deposit, you’ll become a Blue member of the loyalty program. There are five levels in all, each requiring a certain number of Tier Points to get there. You also earn Coins when playing games, and you can use those to make purchases in the CasiYou loyalty store. The Coins remain in your account until you use them, but the Tier Points reset each month.
Only the most dedicated players get the chance to access the VIP Club, and I believe this is only accessible by invitation. This means it’s not possible to know what the triggering criteria are.
Some sites keep these under wraps, but not so at CasiYou. I noticed a string of famous names scrolling past when I landed on the homepage. Among them were Pragmatic Play, Booming Games, and BGaming. It’s not a huge collection, but it is certainly a top-quality one.
I spotted plenty of Megaways slots, and some familiar titles too in the shape of 9 Masks of Fire and Sugar Rush. I also saw plenty of titles I hadn’t played before, so they’ve got that mix of old and new just right. It’s not all slot games either - I found categories for video poker, blackjack, and roulette, plus another covering jackpot titles of all kinds.
According to the categories menu there is, but at the time of writing it was empty. There are a few regular roulette and blackjack titles elsewhere in the collection though. I’m hoping that this section was just undergoing maintenance when I visited, and I’ll update on this when I can.
Make sure to check out information about games first. You do this by clicking on the ‘i’ you’ll see on the game graphic, doing so will help you assess which games will provide the best RTP and also show you the betting limits in place. Some have far lower minimum bets available than others and. I found it was worth comparing several before beginning to play.
CasiYou has put together a strong collection of games from notable developers. The feel of the place is welcoming too. I also liked being able to mark any games I liked with a star, to make them easier to access again in future. Overall, I had a very enjoyable time here, and I highly recommend that you give CasiYou a try.
Canada is just one of the countries this casino is legally licensed to operate in. You should still read through the terms and conditions before you think of signing up.
You’ll get the chance to play hundreds of different games, with new titles regularly arriving in the New Games area as well.
No, you won’t need an app because their website is designed to display on all screen sizes using a mobile browser. You can also play on a computer or laptop, of course.
No - this casino is run by a company called Prumarco Holdings Limited, who are registered in the Isle of Man, and hold a licence issued by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.
You can learn plenty about the site if you do, which is a good way to become more familiar about what’s on offer before you sign up.
I enjoyed exploring the site before going through the signup process. They’ve surely got the website design part spot on - I’ve rarely seen an online casino that has managed to get this exactly right. The mobile option is an absolute joy to use on any mobile device. Plus, there’s a decent selection of games and developers, which we all want to see, and plenty of other great features too, like the loyalty program. Last but not least there’s the exclusive bonus offer you can grab if you sign up to CasiYou today.
