As you can imagine, there is a lot to take in when you arrive at Boxed.gg, but the folks behind the platform have put the user first and it's not at all intimidating. Knowing where and how to start is taken care of with some pretty in-your-face banners, and the tutorial that follows registration takes you through opening boxes, including the spiciness rating that shows your chances of getting what you want.

Chances are, like me, you spend more time on your phone than your laptop, so I set about trying to find an app. While I couldn’t see one available just yet, the mobile-compatible version of the site was just as easy to use. There was the same functionality, and it all looked and worked the same except there being a few minor adjustments for the smaller screen like having the options at the bottom instead dropping down from the top. That area was still occupied, though, with the buttons to get more Gems.

You can have up to 15 cards shipped in the same consignment, with any others in your next shipment that you can request 24hrs later. I took a look into these to check them out, and while I found it’s better to watch the tutorial videos on your laptop than your phone, they cover all the basics very well, so you should know what to expect quite quickly. A look at the FAQs covers any further gaps in your knowledge so it’s only when there are bugs or problems that you need to contact support.
