Rocket League Championship Series – Spring Split Major is Here

The Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) is back for its 21-22 Spring Split Major. Sixteen of the best teams in the world will compete for a share of the $300,000 prize pool in this Rocket League Major London tournament.

This week, we'll see some of the best players in the world battle it out for a chance at glory. Therefore, we will cover everything from start to end and see who's got the best chance of taking the trophy home. Let’s take a closer look.

Brief intro about the Championship Series

As we all know, the Rocket League Championship Series is an event that goes on throughout the whole year. Therefore, we have Spring, Fall, Winter, and the Finals. The best teams from all around the world come together and compete for a chance to be crowned the best. This year's Spring Split Major will have 16 teams competing. Teams will start with a double-elimination bracket and work their way up to the finals. Therefore, we’re in for some really interesting matches and lots of action from the start. The best part about this tournament is that there is a loser bracket where teams are given the second chance.

In most cases, all matches will be Bo5 while finals and grand finals will be Bo7. This shows us that developers are confident in the game's balancing and want to give everyone a fair chance. Anyhow, the matches will start on 29th June and we will have the chance to see our first pair go against each other, G2 Esports Versus Gladiators. Every bit of action will be broadcasted via various streaming platforms while the live stage will be in London. So, can you bet on Rocket League?
