Thai-based gaming Hardware company Logitech G has announced a partnership with Talon eSports, the Hong Kong-based eSports organization.
This partnership is a huge step forward with Talon eSports, the dominant Overwatch, and League of Legends group. Talon eSports Arena of Valor team is going to use Logitech G equipment for streaming, content creation, and competition, as well as wearing custom-made Logitech G jerseys for all public appearances.
Sean Zhang, the CEO of eSports, explained in a press release his hopes to deliver regular content in conjunction with Logitech G. “We’re delighted to welcome Logitech G to the Talon family in Thailand. To have a globally leading brand like Logitech G place their confidence in us is a great testament to the amazing successes we’ve had on our journey so far, including winning the AOV World Cup and our second ROV Pro League title.”
Will this partnership be a successful one?
Talon eSports Arena of Valor team is arguably one of Talon eSports’ most dominant teams at the moment. They are the current Arena of Valor World Cup Champions, and the focus seems to be on an expansion to Thailand. The partnership seems solely focused on Arena of Valor, which will be beneficial for Logitech G, but we could see expansion shortly.
Talon eSports has several successful teams in different games. They have teams in League of Legends, Dota 2, Rainbow Six: Siege, and Overwatch. In the Asiatic eSports region, they’re a dominant force, so the partnership with the highly successful Logitech G seems like a logical move.
In League of Legends, Talon eSports is best known for their partnership with PSG eSports, known as PSG Talon, where they have competed in the Pacific Championship Series and dominated the 2021 series by a landslide.
Logitech has always been a dominant global force in the world of hardware creation. With their great gaming keyboards, headphones, and monitors becoming standard place in the gaming world, Logitech G has become synonymous with good quality gaming technology.
They most recently released the Logitech G413, a stunning keyboard with fantastic tactile keys and PBT keycaps, the gaming keyboard has been frequented by many all-stars in teams like DragonX, Infinity eSports, and of course, Talon eSports.
