The first on our list of hottest video game characters was never going to be in any doubt. Lara first appeared in the late 90s and has only gotten hotter as graphics have improved. On the big screen, she has been portrayed by Angelina Jolie and Alicia Vikander - need we say more?!

2. Ashe - Overwatch

Next up we have a more mature, and, dare we say it much more bad-ass character in the form of Ashe, from Overwatch one of our favorite games for esports betting. The country-twanged leader of the Deadlock Rebel gang first appeared on-screen in 2018, making so much of an impact that she became a playable character shortly after.

3.Ada Wong - Resident Evil

Alice and Rain from the film series (played by Milla Jovovich and Michelle Rodriguez respectively ) might be the obvious choices. And in the game series, there are some great women characters to choose from. Our choice, however, has to be Ada Wong who has been around since Resident Evil 2 (released in 1998).

4.Tanya - Mortal Kombat

Number four on our list of the hottest female videogame characters comes a bit left-of-field. Tanya first appeared in Mortal Kombat 4, which was one of the worst games in the series. Tanya, with her dreadlocks and killer moves, was a diamond in the rough, so it’s little wonder she appeared in future games.

5.Scarlet - Final Fantasy

Next up, we have an ambitious, but often cruel and relentless villain. Scarlet first appeared in Final Fantasy 7 as the only female executive and remains a frightening, but undoubtedly attractive antagonist.

6.Yennefer of Vengerberg - The Witcher

Yennefer of Vengerberg is a powerful sorcerer from the Witcher book series, who has also appeared in the games. She is portrayed in the Netflix series by English actress Anya Chalotra.

7.Chloe Frazer - Uncharted 

Nathan Drake’s treasurer hunting partner in Uncharted comes straight out of the Lara Croft handbook of how to be brilliant and look great doing it. In the film adaptation, she is played by the red-hot American actress, Sophia Ali.

8.Lady Dimitrescu - Resident Evil

The second Resident Evil character on our list only appeared in the series for the first time in 2021. However, Lady Dimitrescu made an instant impact thanks to her 1920s-style elegance and height - she stands at a towering 9ft6!

9.Chun-Li - Street Fighter

First appearing in 1991, Chun-Li is one of the oldest characters on our list. As graphics have developed, she has become hotter and hotter and has an appeal that spans three generations of gamers. More importantly, she is the OG fast character and is fun to play with because of her rapid attacks.

10.Nina Williams - Tekken

Last on our list of hot female characters is the Irish “Silent Assassin”, Nina Williams from Tekken. She has been around since the first Tekken game was released in 1994 and remains a firm favorite among players and fans.
