Fortnite x The Simpsons: All bosses explained

Publish Date: 18/11/2025
Key Points
  • There are five rotating Simpsons bosses this season: Evil Homer, Witch Marge, Krusty, Moe, and Scratchy.
  • Bosses don’t spawn in fixed spots, they appear progressively as the storm circles close, with icons marking them on your minimap.
  • Each boss drops unique loot and ties into seasonal quests, making them essential for both firepower and fast XP.

Complete Guide to All Fortnite x The Simpsons Bosses and Their Mythic Drops

The Springfield mini-season is one of the weirdest (and most fun) Fortnite events I’ve played. Everything’s flipped, the map, the loot, the tone, and Fortnite x The Simpsons bosses are at the centre of it. They’re wild, unpredictable, and they hit like trucks.

There are five of them in total. Evil Homer, Witch Marge, Krusty, Moe, and Scratchy. Each boss spawns differently, drops a powerful Mythic or Exotic weapon, and ties into quest progress. This guide covers everything you need, like where they show up, what they drop, and how to take them down without getting clowned.

How Fortnite x The Simpsons bosses work

For the full month of November (Nov 1-29), Fortnite is running its Simpsons takeover on Fortnite betting sites. A limited-time “mini-season” that bridges Chapter 6 and Chapter 7. The regular BR island is completely replaced by Springfield, and all the usual game modes work here, including Zero Build.

Bosses are a huge part of this format. There are up to five bosses per match, but not all of them spawn at once. Instead, one shows up after the first storm circle, then more are added in later phases. Their spawns are randomised, you’ll see a boss icon pop on the minimap when you’re close. They don’t drop Medallions or Keycards this time, it’s all about the weapons. Each boss has their own Mythic or Exotic, and a bunch of Simpsons seasonal quests require you to defeat bosses or emote near them. So even if you’re not chasing loot, you’ll run into them sooner or later.

If you want the quick version, here’s a table for all Fortnite x The Simpsons bosses.

Scratchy Epic Cartoon Chainsaw Very Hard Purple TV triggers High ground and long range

Evil Homer - Tactical terror in Town Square

You’ll usually spot Evil Homer patrolling the centre of Springfield, and trust me, he doesn’t go easy. This guy’s all about burst damage and brutal close-range fights.

  • Where to find Evil Homer
Most often in Town Square, but he can also wander near Evergreen Terrace, south of the Power Plant, or across the river to the west.
  • Loot: Mythic Enhanced Tactical Shotgun
Fast, fierce and unforgiving. One of the strongest close-range weapons in the season.
  • How to beat him
Don’t box-fight him. Use mid-range cover, bait his aggro, and chip him down from safety.

Witch Marge - SMG spray from the cliffs

Witch Marge has some of the nastiest positioning in the game. She loves high ground and hits hard if you’re caught in the open.

  • Spawn pattern
Predator Peak is her main haunt, but she’s known to show up near Kamp Krusty and Corruption Corners too.
  • Loot: Mythic Enhanced Compact SMG
This thing melts. Short-range monster with a wild fire rate.
  • Fight strategy
Stay at medium range, use scoped rifles, and keep moving. Don’t let her lock sights.

Krusty the Clown - Mr Blasty and balloon havoc

Krusty’s boss fight is pure mayhem. His balloon launcher flips fights instantly, especially in open spaces.

  • Typical locations
Spawns near Kamp Krusty, the 33 Cents Store, and sometimes Slurpworks or just south of Town Square.
  • Loot: Exotic Mr. Blasty
Hits you with a balloon on the first shot, launches you sky-high and ruins positioning.
  • How to counter
Hug cover, close distance fast, and take him out before he resets. Don’t give him a clean shot.

Moe - Striker AR from Springfield’s grumpiest bartender

Moe’s a solid mid-game threat. That AR he drops is a meta staple right now.

  • Spawn behaviour
Added in the update, shares spawn rules with the others. He can show up anywhere bosses spawn once the storm starts shrinking.
  • Loot: Mythic Enhanced Striker AR
Laser-accurate, balanced recoil, and works in almost any fight.
  • Best way to take down Moe
Strafe, beam, and break line-of-sight often. He's deadliest when you're standing still.

Scratchy - TV jumpscare and Cartoon Chainsaw

Scratchy is unlike anything else this season. He’s creepy, fast, and way more dangerous than he looks.

  • How to trigger Scratchy
Find a glowing purple TV, interact with it, and he’ll crawl out like a horror movie villain. These only appear after early circles close.
  • Loot: Epic Cartoon Chainsaw
Hard-hitting melee with a dash move, fantastic for rushdowns.
  • Surviving the chainsaw
Stay above him. Use high ground and don’t fight indoors unless you want to get cornered and shredded.

Boss-hunting tips and quest synergies

If you're looking to stack boss kills and quests in a single match, here's what I’ve found works best:

  • Drop along the Town Square → Slurpworks → Kamp Krusty corridor. It hits multiple high-chance boss spawn zones fast.
  • Use Forecast Towers and KBBL Radio Towers to track storm movement and plan your rotation.
  • Take out elite Dober Men at radio towers. They count toward boss quest objectives if actual bosses are missing or contested.
  • Always emote near bosses before fighting if you’re chasing Springfield Stories or seasonal quest chains.

Boss fights and balloon guns

This boss setup might be one of the best Fortnite’s done yet. The randomness keeps matches fun, the fights feel meaningful, and the drops actually shake up your loadout. Each encounter feels like a boss arena in a weird, cartoon shooter. Which I guess it kind of is.

It doesn’t matter if you’re chasing quests, grinding XP, or just trying to snag the Mythic Tac, these Springfield bosses are worth the effort. Just don’t get ballooned mid-fight. It’s funny... until it happens to you.
