The Springfield mini-season is one of the weirdest (and most fun) Fortnite events I’ve played. Everything’s flipped, the map, the loot, the tone, and Fortnite x The Simpsons bosses are at the centre of it. They’re wild, unpredictable, and they hit like trucks.
There are five of them in total. Evil Homer, Witch Marge, Krusty, Moe, and Scratchy. Each boss spawns differently, drops a powerful Mythic or Exotic weapon, and ties into quest progress. This guide covers everything you need, like where they show up, what they drop, and how to take them down without getting clowned.

For the full month of November (Nov 1-29), Fortnite is running its Simpsons takeover on Fortnite betting sites. A limited-time “mini-season” that bridges Chapter 6 and Chapter 7. The regular BR island is completely replaced by Springfield, and all the usual game modes work here, including Zero Build.
Bosses are a huge part of this format. There are up to five bosses per match, but not all of them spawn at once. Instead, one shows up after the first storm circle, then more are added in later phases. Their spawns are randomised, you’ll see a boss icon pop on the minimap when you’re close. They don’t drop Medallions or Keycards this time, it’s all about the weapons. Each boss has their own Mythic or Exotic, and a bunch of Simpsons seasonal quests require you to defeat bosses or emote near them. So even if you’re not chasing loot, you’ll run into them sooner or later.
If you want the quick version, here’s a table for all Fortnite x The Simpsons bosses.
| Boss | Signature Weapon | Threat Level | Spawn Hotspots | Best Counter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Evil Homer | Mythic Tactical Shotgun | Hard | Town Square, Power Plant, Slurpworks | Mid range pressure and mobility |
| Witch Marge | Mythic Compact SMG | Medium Hard | Predator Peak, Kamp Krusty, Corruption Corners | Scoped rifles with distance and cover |
| Krusty | Exotic Mr Blasty Balloon Revolver | Medium | Kamp Krusty, 33 Cents Store, Slurpworks | Fast pushes while using solid cover |
| Moe | Mythic Striker AR | Medium | Random across boss pool | Strafing with accurate rifle fire |
| Scratchy | Epic Cartoon Chainsaw | Very Hard | Purple TV triggers | High ground and long range |
You’ll usually spot Evil Homer patrolling the centre of Springfield, and trust me, he doesn’t go easy. This guy’s all about burst damage and brutal close-range fights.

Witch Marge has some of the nastiest positioning in the game. She loves high ground and hits hard if you’re caught in the open.

Krusty’s boss fight is pure mayhem. His balloon launcher flips fights instantly, especially in open spaces.

▶️ Fortnite Krusty the Clown
Moe’s a solid mid-game threat. That AR he drops is a meta staple right now.

▶️ Fortnite Moe
Scratchy is unlike anything else this season. He’s creepy, fast, and way more dangerous than he looks.

If you're looking to stack boss kills and quests in a single match, here's what I’ve found works best:
This boss setup might be one of the best Fortnite’s done yet. The randomness keeps matches fun, the fights feel meaningful, and the drops actually shake up your loadout. Each encounter feels like a boss arena in a weird, cartoon shooter. Which I guess it kind of is.
It doesn’t matter if you’re chasing quests, grinding XP, or just trying to snag the Mythic Tac, these Springfield bosses are worth the effort. Just don’t get ballooned mid-fight. It’s funny... until it happens to you.
