The reason behind the decision to remove the Travis Scott Fortnite skin has never been officially confirmed by Epic Games. But there are plenty of rumors from fans who believe they have the answer.
The skin is thought to have been removed from Fortnite’s store due to the tragedy that occurred at the Astroworld Festival in November 2021. Following the event, Epic Games decided to disable the item shop for 48 hours. After which, the Travis Scott skin had been removed.
The removal of all Travis Scott cosmetics is believed to have been a direct result of the Astroworld Festival incident. But it’s important to keep in mind that this has never been confirmed by Epic Games or any official Fortnite representative.

Tim Sweeney also verified that he doesn’t have any power when it comes to the item shop rotation, so he couldn’t comment on any such return.
