Sora and Kingdom Hearts Skins in Fortnite have arrived: Get the full scoop on this epic crossover in 2026

Kingdom Hearts getting its own Fortnite crossover was certainly not on our bingo cards this year but it’s actually happening with Sora and three other skins making their way to the premier battle royale game.

To be honest with you, the thought of seeing Kingdom Hearts characters running around Fortnite with assault rifles and shotguns sounds a little ridiculous at first. However, that’s also part of what makes the crossover work so well for us, especially since you’ll have matching Kingdom Hearts cosmetics to pair with your favorite characters and complete your setup.

What’s included in the Kingdom Hearts x Fortnite crossover?

Like everyone else, we looked for Sora the moment we heard that Kingdom Hearts was coming to Fortnite. After all, it would be difficult to imagine a crossover like this without the character who has been the face of the series for as long as we can remember. However, what makes this collaboration a lot more interesting is that some of his closest allies are coming along for the ride.

This includes Riku and Kairi, who have been by Sora’s side since the original Kingdom Hearts, while Roxas rounds out the lineup. Honestly, there’s a lot to unpack here, so we’ll go through each skin individually and show you what you’re getting, how much they cost, and which cosmetics you can pair with them before you start using them at Fortnite betting sites.

Sora

We’ve already talked about how strange it is to see Sora holding a gun, but the skin itself actually looks surprisingly natural once you get into a match. What we love the most, though, is that Sora works as a standard Fortnite Outfit. This means you can use him with compatible Back Blings, Pickaxes, Gliders, Wraps, and Emotes from your locker.

Right now, you can unlock the Sora Fortnite bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks, which includes a Kingdom Hearts II Sora outfit and alternate Kingdom Hearts I and Kingdom Hearts III edit styles. One thing we’d like to point out, though, is that you’ll have to spend an extra 800 V-Bucks if you want to pair him with Back Blings and its signature Keyblade Pickaxe.

Kairi

Kairi doesn’t come with quite as much as Sora, but you’re also paying a little less to add her to your locker. Her bundle costs 1,600 V-Bucks, which we think is a pretty reasonable price if she’s the Kingdom Hearts character you’ve been waiting for. For that price, you’ll get her Kingdom Hearts II Outfit, which keeps the pink-and-black look we knew her for.

If you want to complete the setup, Destiny’s Embrace is available for another 800 V-Bucks and serves as both her Pickaxe and Back Bling. This way, you can carry Kairi’s Keyblade into Fortnite rather than having to dig through your locker for something that really doesn’t match her outfit.

Roxas

Roxas is probably the skin we were most curious to see outside of Sora, and the good news is that Fortnite has done a pretty good job of bringing his Kingdom Hearts II look into the game. You can add him to your locker for 1,600 V-Bucks, although we have to say that Roxas really starts to look the part once you add Oathkeeper and Oblivion to his setup.

The two Keyblades will cost you another 800 V-Bucks and can be equipped as both a Pickaxe and Back Bling. Quite frankly, we think they’re worth pairing with the Outfit because they’re such a big part of Roxas’ look and make the whole setup feel much closer to what we’ve actually remembered from Kingdom Hearts II.

Riku

Last but certainly not least is Riku, and we have to say that his Outfit might be one of the easiest to imagine sticking around in our regular Fortnite rotation. His Kingdom Hearts II skin costs 1,600 V-Bucks, and we like to think that his darker design makes him feel right at home in Fortnite without losing what made him stand out in the original game.

However, if you want to complete the look, you’ll also need another 800 V-Bucks to unlock the Soul Eater, which comes as both a Pickaxe and Back Bling. Having the option to carry it on Riku’s back when you’re not using it is something we really like because it means the Soul Eater remains part of his look even when you’ve switched over to one of Fortnite’s regular weapons.

Although you can purchase each of these skins and their matching cosmetics separately, that might not make much sense if you’re planning to collect everything anyway. Right now, you can get the entire Kingdom Hearts Bundle, which includes all 20 items for 4,500 V-Bucks.

What we like most about this crossover is that Fortnite hasn’t tried to make Kingdom Hearts into something it isn’t. The characters still look and feel familiar, so you won’t find yourself questioning whether Fortnite changed too much just to make them fit into the game. Whether you’ve been playing Kingdom Hearts for a while or just like the look of these skins, there is so much to like in this crossover that you should have no trouble finding something that is worth adding into your locker.
