Fortnite New Season Update - Shaking Things Up!

Season 3 Chapter 2 of Fortnite dropped on March 20th with some changes in store for the players. There are new features such as overshield and mantling as well as new weapons to get your hands on.

Likewise, shoulder bashing will allow fans to run at a door and bash it open quickly instead of always pausing to interact with the world. This may result in players being able to escape heavy enemy fire more easily too.

Overshield

One of the biggest changes to the gameplay is the removal of building in the standard Battle Royale mode. That’s not to say building is removed completely, it’s still available in creative, arena and team tumble modes. Without building, players will likely need to make use of the overshield. This simply acts as an extra layer of protection on top of your shield and health.
